Every Step Preschool

Every Step Preschool

Our Vision

ESP will become a learning program recognized for providing exceptional care and education for students and families from a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds and abilities. We believe that each child will cultivate their own desires for their educational outcome. We hope by providing a supportive, safe, and welcoming learning environment we will not only set up our students for future success but also encourage our students to explore and navigate themselves through their own learning journey and the diverse world that surrounds them.

Our Mission

ESP is committed to delivering an educational program that is exceptional, comprehensive, and inclusive for all children and families from different backgrounds and cultures. We strive to provide a secure and nurturing learning environment for our students so they can build their skills and prepare them for their future educational journey.

Why Every Step Preschool

Iā€™m passionate about helping the children learn and build on the skills that they have without losing their identity that they have formed with their family. I value the differences that everyone has and bring to share in our program. I built ESP to be the place where everyone feels safe and belong. All children can play and learn, the families are welcome, and our team is working together to create a healthy learning environment.

I believe that every child matters and should have access to the highest quality of care and education available. All children deserve a great start to help them build all the necessary skills ready for schooling and their futures.

Every Step Preschool is formed by my passion, experience, and knowledge that I have collected by working with young children and their families for over 18 years.

I have created and managed many Early Childhood Care and Education programs for myself in England and in the US for non-profit organizations. Creating culturally responsive preschool is a main part of my work and I truly love it. This is why I started Every Step Preschool. I would like to offer the best care and education program for all children and families from different backgrounds and cultures.

I'm very excited to take part in your child's learning journey as well as create a partnership with all families. I strive to make ESP secure and safe for all children. I will make sure to always keep my door open for families, staff, and children in my program to ensure all voices are heard and included.
